At Moonlit Cabin Candles, we take pride in handcrafting high-quality candles and wax warmers. Because of the nature of our products and to maintain the highest standard of quality and safety, we have established the following returns and refund policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our website are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective, or is proven lost in transit.

2. No Returns on Custom Orders

Please note that custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. These products are made to order and cannot be resold or restocked.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Insert Customer Support Email] with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

Once we review and verify the issue, we may issue a replacement at our discretion. Replacements will only be processed if the issue is reported within the required timeframe.

4. Lost in Transit

If your package is proven lost in transit (confirmed by the shipping carrier and tracking system), we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds for lost packages but will ensure a replacement is sent once the claim is validated.

5. Right to Refuse Refunds or Returns

Moonlit Cabin Candles reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or replacement request for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window

  • Incomplete or missing evidence of damage

  • Items that show signs of use or tampering

  • Suspicious or abusive return patterns

All decisions made by our customer service team are final.

6. Refund Processing (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
