					 How long does it take to process and ship my candle order? 
									
				Please allow 3-5 days for custom orders to be fulfilled.
					 Can I customize my candle sent or label? 
									
				Yes, you can! To customize your candle scent, please fill out this form. Please note that all custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
					 What should I do if my candle arrives damaged? 
									
				Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged candle and packaging. We’ll review your claim and may offer a replacement based on our return policy.
					 Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes? 
									
				Yes! You can add a gift message at checkout, and select gift packaging during eligible promotions or holidays.
					 What if I entered the wrong shipping address? 
									
				Please contact us immediately at here. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address. If it has already shipped, we’re unable to change it, and you’ll be responsible for any additional re-shipping costs, if we can get the item back. If we are unable to get the item back, or make the change we are not responsible for the lost item and a return can not be provided.
