1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During periods of high volume (such as holidays or new product launches), order processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times are estimated as follows:

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s performance. Moonlit Cabin Candles is not responsible for delays due to weather, postal service disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Moonlit Cabin Candles is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@moonlitcabincandles.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement if necessary.
For damaged items, please include photographs of the packaging and the damaged product to expedite the claims process.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
